Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to your access to and use of the Shadowrocket Configuration Guide pages, instructions, and examples. Read them before following the manual to make a purchase or change a configuration. App purchases and store transactions are also subject to the terms displayed by the App Store.
1. About This Site and Scope
This is the Shadowrocket official website and manual. It provides guidance on verifying the genuine app, importing an existing subscription, setting up rules, and using Settings. These terms govern use of the website content and do not replace the app license, App Store transaction terms, or other terms that apply by law.
The manual explains how to use the app and what configuration options mean. It does not guarantee suitability for any particular network, device, or business use. The interface and features may change; check the wording in the app when performing an operation. Refer to the App Store listing for purchase information.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and to your conduct. Do not use this site or Shadowrocket for unlawful activity, including unauthorized system access, invasion of privacy, data theft, or infringement of intellectual property rights. Technical guidance does not permit or encourage any unlawful use.
Before importing a configuration, make sure you are authorized to use the relevant subscription or server details and understand their purpose and effects. Keep your account, subscription URL, and connection credentials secure; do not disclose them publicly. Back up your existing configuration before changing rules or network settings, and assess the possible impact on your current connection.
3. App Purchases and Service Boundaries
Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source commercial app distributed on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. The App Store is the only place to get it. Check the App Store listing for system requirements, device compatibility, and purchase availability. Before buying, use the genuine app verification guide to check the developer, official icon, and app ID.
A one-time app purchase is not a service plan. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend servers or subscription services. The manual assumes that you already have your own subscription or server details. For app payments, refunds, and purchases, follow the procedures provided by the App Store. This site's documentation does not guarantee any transaction outcome.
4. Content and Limitation of Liability
We aim to describe verifiable features accurately, but cannot guarantee that the documentation covers every interface change or that the site will always be available or a particular configuration will always work. Connection results depend on factors such as device settings, network conditions, and services you already use. Examples alone cannot establish whether a setup will work for you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for the availability of the app or connection services, or for data loss, lost configurations, interrupted connections, or other losses resulting from following the documentation. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related product rights belong to its developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, or the respective rights holders. The official icon and interface materials are shown to identify the product and explain its use. Visiting this site does not grant a license to use any related trademarks, software, or materials.
The documentation and page content on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. When quoting content fairly, credit the source and preserve its meaning. Copying, distributing, or using content commercially beyond what the law permits requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder. Do not remove rights notices or alter content and present it as the original.
6. Changes to These Terms and Finding Help
We may revise these terms to reflect legal requirements or changes to the content or features. Updated terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Matters requiring separate notice under applicable law will be handled as required. New terms do not retroactively change rights or obligations already established by law.
Review this page before using the related content. For questions about purchases, importing, or connections, start with the FAQ and follow the steps in the tutorial. Website guidance cannot replace case-specific help with a transaction, device fault, or legal issue.
